VNOC Help Desk: SKC’s VNOC Help Desk gives you immediate access to a staff of experts to handle all video related issues at our Video Network Operation Center (VNOC) in our Kansas City headquarters. SKC offers 24x7 VNOC Help Desk in addition to the hardware and software support received with manufacturer extended warranties, or as a stand-alone service.
A/V Support Services: Receive prioritized, on-going support for your SKC provided and installed A/V solution with one of our SMARTCare Service agreements.
